« I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned.
The sofa bed was old, dirty, and not in acceptable condition for guests. Housekeeping was also very poor. We did not...

« I specifically seemed out a place with air conditioning, however the only thing or place that had air conditioning on the property was the rooms , in which barely worked. Everything is so spread out and not as advertised on the platform in which Expedia said. They also need to offer more areas for smokers instead of having to walk almost all the way across the property for a single spot »

« The condo was great for our family to vacation in for 10 days. The pull-out couch and pack-n-play were great for the kids. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had an amazing view of the ocean and even saw some whales from the balcony. The resort was beautiful and clean. So many things to do right on site.
