"We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was located in a private, fenced in space. Parking in a lot was a perk, especially so close to downtown. The apartment itself was basic, with plenty of room. It was perfect for my dog. The owner was communicative, neighbors were quiet, and overall the property felt very safe. "

"A really lovely part of the Springs in a very nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the attractions - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods etc. The home is large and modern and nicely decorated. All in all, great value for money and the perfect place for a Springs getaway. "
