« I had booked and paid for our room online, and chose a regular room with a king bed. When we got there it was around 9pm and the front desk clerk said there were no available rooms so she was going to give us a slight upgrade to a studio king with a wheelchair accessible shower (which i didn’t mind). « The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back! »

« Breakfast was very basic. Would not recommend breakfast here. The rooms are a bit small. Did not like the hardwood floors. On the second day while it rained, the rain seeped through the lobby and staff had to place buckets in the lobby. The internet went out during the second night. The shower sucked! It never got hot. « The staff and the facility were great. My only complaint is the lack of security around the splash/pool area. Unlike other Aloft hotels I've stayed at, access to the pool area did not appear to require a hotel key card, making it easy for non-hotel guests to enter. Also, the fact there were no security cameras in the pool area. During our stay, there were individuals using the pool area who were not hotel guests, and unfortunately my daughter's phone was stolen. I would recommend implementing...

« Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was my first but definitely won’t be the last. The lovely gentlemen working on the afternoon and evening of June 20th were super friendly and gave A+ customer service. The room was spotless and with the weather being humid the air conditioning was also too notch. The coolness of the room was extremely inviting and much appreciated after being outside all evening. The location was perfect and near so many restaurants and shopping areas. Cannot wait to come back...
