Our room was spacious, clean and was just like the pictures showed. The only weird thing was the light switches. There were numerous switches that controlled other switches and appliances. Never could figure out which switch controlled the refrigerator, thus it started defrosting. It was funny that we would turn one switch on and another light would turn off. Breakfast was nice along with other amenities on site.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing stay! We had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Frisco! The location couldn’t have been better—it’s only about a 10-minute drive to Universal Kids Resort, making it incredibly convenient for our family. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we checked in until we left. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with plenty of great options, and the mini waffles were an absolute favorite for the kids! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frisco, especially families planning a trip to Universal Kids Resort!

Only one elevator was working. I left at 445am and both elevators were out of service. Glad I only had a carry on bag to drag down 3 flights of stairs. Room was clean and check-in was fine.
