Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023\. Starbase’s interior was renovated in 2025 with new windows, kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms. This private home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering. The Space: Starbase is a licensed STA (STA-2020-0269) that accommodates up to 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 10. This home has six outdoor areas for your enjoyment: \-rooftop patio perfect for enjoying the sunset or stargazing \-barbecue patio in the back for alfresco cooking \-waterfront deck with dock for swimming, fishing, bird-watching (dock available only from late April to early October) \-dining pavilion with enough room for 10-12 \-cozy yet spacious fire pit area \-professional pickleball half-basketball court with two viewing pavilions Main Floor - kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, along with the main bedroom and full bath The 2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with a full 3-piece ensuite bathroom, a spacious breezeway, and access to the rooftop deck.
