Very caring and helpful staff helped with every aspect of our stay and Machu Picchu trip. They arranged rides to the airport (not included) at our specific hours, gave us a welcome with health tips to ensure we acclimated to the altitude, and were available 24/7. "The beds were very stiff and we had back aches. No air conditioning in the rooms so it got very warm in the day. Breakfast was excellent with choice of scrambled eggs and fried eggs. Location is great as it is walking distance from all the local sites."
