"Group of 10 of stayed for one night, great welcome from Conor who couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless with everything you could want including fridge and air con. Downstairs bar is a great place for a drink before heading out for the night and Funny Girls is only a short walk away. Would definitely come here again if looking for a night in Blackpool. "

"I'm so glad I chose this Guest House to stay at, after reading some awful reviews about other places (Always do your research first. For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. "Lovely hotel. Old fashioned feel and really nice decor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only reframe is not spending more time in it to enjoy it. The area is very picturesque so if you’re visiting definitely check this out as it has a really lovely classy feel. "

"Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....
