We stayed in a room for 5 people, we were pleasantly surprised at how good the room was, clean, spacious with some nice added extras such as glasses. The sofa bed for the fifth person didn’t have any duvet or covers, which I assume they would provide if you asked. Our biggest bug bear was that when we were checking out we asked for our bags to be left in the baggage room as we were spending the day in Liverpool before leaving via train late at night , we were told they could only be left there for 2 hours with no good reason. The woman was quite hostile and made no effort to help us find a solution. This was super inconvenient and messed up our full day plans, every other hotel is usually really accommodating with holding onto baggage so I didn’t expect this from here.

Genuinely one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Some horrible woman with dark hair and a sour face checked us in and was very rude and short with us. Hotel was dirty. Bed sheets had stains in it. No amenities what so ever. Do not stay here!
