"Easy available parking, clean room. Was expecting maid service on first day to make up bed, etc but nothing. Also I had to request toilet paper (only provided 1 roll) and had to request additional towels. Also, No soap provided for handwashing at sink. Overall good stay, nice area in downtown Penn Yann."
