5/5 - Excellent
Praia da Rocha is by far the best beach in the Algarve. Lots of cute restaurants, & the chairs on the beach are very comfy.

The Algarve Discovery Portimão tour was amazing! Great tour guides!
Would strongly suggest you leave the main strip and walk into Portimao for a day trip Great shopping just behind the Main Street that runs along the river Lots of amazing restaurants in the strangest places, We went to one under a bridge!!!
I like the local culture. Friendly and helpful people. They're not aloof to tourists even if some people don't speak English, you can sense the intention to help. Quite respectful.
Too commercial for us. Our hotel was amazing but next trip to thenAlgarve will be in a less developed area
