This is our second stay here and did not disappoint. Very central to Xmas markets and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easily reached by airport bus and underground and super cheap too! Found the staff very friendly. Superb breakfast buffet with lots of attention to detail. Spotlessly clean and would have no hesitation in returning for a third visit or recommending it.

Hotel was very clean and facilities in good condition. For a hotel in old town, it is a very modern design and we liked it very much. Location is also near to metro, tram and most sights. Din like the flight of stairs to the lift. Though only a short fight, was still challenging for heavy luggages. Would have appreciated a kettle in the room. The map provided by the hotel is not very useable because many of the details are just too minute and cannot be used easily for navigation.

Fantastic location, close to Old Town and Wenceslas square, also metro and teams nearby to get everywhere else. This was a very neat, original hotel for our budget this close to the town centre. The breakfast was great and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel as a good base. Room a little disappointing, basic furniture and no coffee/tea making facilities. Only curtains to one side of room, just nets for other side., this was a family room on corner of building. USB socket out of order.

The hotel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (for a fee of course). Very polite and helpful. Room could be a little cleaner, but it was good or us. Breakfast plenty and varied from day to day, lot of choices. I could use it again if I go back to Prague. Central and easy walk everywhere.

Loved Hotel Perla
Loved this hotel! It was my first time in Prague and I wanted to be within walking distance to most attractions. This hotel is on a quieter street right next to all the hustle and bustle. Check in was easy and the staff provided maps and other brochures that were handy. The lobby is chic and modern looking. There are elevators to use, however, the stairs were faster. The room and bathroom were nicely sized, clean, and comfy. The hotel breakfast was awesome and the coffee machine was fabulous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, very close to all the main tourist attractions. The room was very clean (apart from the toilet which could have been cleaner) and the beds were clean and comfy. The room includes a mini fridge and safe. I’ve read a few complaints about the air conditioning, but ours worked very well. The area wasn’t too noisy but they provided some ear plugs anyway. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our towels were changed every day and bed made up. The WiFi was very good throughout the hotel. Overall I would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. Near a metro station, and very close to historic downtown. Easy to explore. I had a late check-in and the staff was courteous and helpful. The included breakfasts were excellent. They provide ear plugs for street noises. But I found it pretty quiet. Comfortable bed. The interior is surprisingly modern and stylish. Although not quite modern enough to provide USB ports. Electricity is controlled by room key so used towels could stay a bit damp. The only minor complaint.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was very good. The staff were ok. My room was on interior of hotel and was dark. They tend to put males in the lower quality rooms as they think males do not care and they put women in better rooms, even though they are paying the same prices.

My stay and confidence was destroyed because the the initial receptionist (blonde lady) accused me of not giving correct flight arrival info therefore she didn’t send for my transportation. Immediately, I showed her my email confirmation which showed she had correct info. She was not going to do anything about her mistake. Then I overpaid the taxi and felt very taken advantage of before I could even get in my hotel. My trust in them was completely destroyed yet, I still had to stay there because they would not allow a refund. I was very nervous and uncomfortable throughout my stay at the hotel. One of the managers did provide transport back to train for my departure but I feel like they should’ve just refunded my money for my hotel from the beginning. As it was, I was very uncomfortable throughout my stay. No apologies were ever made for the behavior of the receptionist.

Great location, no real bar area apart from in the breakfast room. Gym is lacking of equipment and very small but apart from that can’t fault the hotel. Would recommend

Pros: location - within walking distances to old town square, restaurants, shops, and subway; free breakfast - above average in taste and selection; fast free WIFI; cleanliness Cons: no air condition - even with the heater turned off, it’s very hot. Had to opened the windows to cool off the room. Noises from nearby restaurants made sleeping difficult.

Fab central location
We were lucky to get a lovely big room on floor 3. Air-con didn’t work very well so we opened the windows, there was a bit of street noise but the earplugs supplied were very good. Room was quite dusty otherwise clean and cleaners in on a daily basis to make beds/change towels etc... Breakfast good selection very friendly staff. Excellent location. Be aware of small minimarkets very expensive. Albert supper-market in the next street was handy and much better value. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend but not as clean as I would usually expect from this class of hotel.

One of the best places we have ever stayed in Europe. Great breakfast: eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, breads, meats, and usual breakfast drinks/coffee. Held our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full day in Prague before our evening flight. Fine room and superior location.
