"A mon arrivée, on m'a dit de partir me chercher un autre hôtel car Expédia avait sur-booké ma chambre. Après avoir insisté, on m'a donnée une autre chambre avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais réservé 2 lits. On m'a alors dit que ma "vraie" chambre serait prête demain. Le lendemain matin, on m'a dit que ma chambre n'était pas prête car il y avait des gens dedans, qui ne voulaient pas partir mais que ce serait réglé le soir puisque la police viendrait les sortir. Eh bien non, rendu au soir, on me dit encore "ça va aller à demain". Un employé a frappé à ma porte à minuit pour dire que ma "vraie" chambre était prête, 3 jours plus tard dans un séjour de 7 jours. Ce qui a causé plusieurs inconvénients. Les attentes à l'accueil étaient toujours très longues, au moins 20 minutes à attendre après l'employé qui priorisait les appels téléphoniques."
