« I dont usually use short term rentals because I am leery of being scammed, however, this was such a pleasant experience! The host was very professional and communication was prompt. The house was in a perfect location- we were in town for air force graduation. The house was very clean and perfect for 7 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been. There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. There was a chair being held together with a zip tie, the bunk bed held up with a piece of wood, multiple blinds were broken, the sink clogged and the counter wasn't even attached to the wall so it was moving. For just needing a place to stay it worked, but the area around is a lot of abandoned houses. It needs a lot of fixing up/retouches. »

« Everything was great, the upstairs areas and bedrooms were 79 degrees during the day to evenings before bed then would get cooler as the night/mornings came around. But other than that a great neat place to stay!!!!! Very easy to get to from airport and SeaWorld and downtown river walk. »
