This quaint little place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. It was cozy, comfortable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. We especially loved the complimentary blueberry wine; such a thoughtful and fun Maine touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this charming place to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were super nice and welcomed us on arrival. Parking was plentiful and next to the building. The room was clean and big for our family. Breakfast was good just wished it was earlier than 9am. Overall very happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

Very nice historic building. Renewable and comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast because it wasn’t available until after 830 am and we had an earlier flight. Also the coffee service was nice but for those who like cream it was a little lacking as there was none provided. The minibar was fun and unique with great treats and Maine made items. The gym at the sister hotel was fantastic but not available for early morning workout but over all a nice stay. Really ideal for a laidback traveler

We had a really lovely stay at The Francis. The building itself is beautiful and has so much character, but still feels really comfortable and updated. Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful without being over the top. It’s in a great spot, easy to get everywhere but still quiet at night. I’d definitely come back.

Tremendous Hotel in Bayside

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and lots of amazing touches. The room had a few things we'd improve - there's only one mirror (the bathroom) and no full-length one, there are not many outlets, but would stay here again in a heartbeat.
