"Everything was crooked and the whole property smelled horrible. The lamp was broken, the toilet paper was even crooked. The room smelled ok, the jacuzzi tub was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very cold even having the heat on. "

Had to go in wipe down the toilet and the sink stains all over the sitting area chairs, and I also took pictures. It was a very unpleasant day was very unsatisfied, and the staff was not accommodating to the situation."
