"This was an excellent hotel near the conference center with a covered/enclosed skywalk between the buildings which made the stay convenient & a safe way to get to the conference center. Daily covered parking option was reasonable. Basic fitness room available. Adjoining restaurant was a nice feature at the end of the day. Room was clean, comfortable bed & nice bathroom with walk in shower. Staff were friendly & professional. Two things that could have been better is having a directory in the room where to access amenities. Never did find an ice machine. However, I would stay again if I were attending an event in downtown Lansing."

"From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, engaging and gave off a positive energy that was refreshing and appreciated. I was in town on business and wasn’t prepared to stay the night, so I was not in the greatest mood, but the Front Desk Clerk was amazing! The next morning I interacted with housekeeping and they were also so kind and professional. Will definitely stay here again."

"The room was in good condition overall. The sink drain was stuck almost closed and needed some adjusting. The toilet ran after being flushed, but it turned off once you shifted the handle. The individual Keurig in the room was great for making coffee without needing to go out. The only real issue was overflowing trash cans outside and a few beer bottles on the lawn. Staff could do a better job of cleaning up around the property."
