Everything was wonderful! I appreciated that we were able to get into our room as soon as it was ready, since we'd had an early day of travel and were hoping to take a quick nap before starting our trip. Our hotel room was tidy and spacious. I loved that we had a space to place our luggage as well as plenty of closet space. The security helped make the space feel extra safe, even though La Condesa is already an incredibly safe and walkable area. I recommend checking out Mendl Delicatessen nearby! The only downside was having our room be on the fourth floor and walking up those flights of stairs after long days. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

"Terrible service, for being a “5 star hotel “ the place was very old the room temperature was hot and couldn’t be changed also room service was poor. Only good side of this hotel is being connected to the airport other than that I do not recommend to stay here for the price."
