To the more jaded eye, it would seem that a large flaw in the ancient glass happens to line up very nicely with a large, stuffed chair directly behind the window. No matter. People come from miles around to scare the bejeezus out of themselves by lining up precisely where the apparition can see them and shrieking in delight. However, few of them will actually stay at the "boutique hotel" contained within. Which is probably why the owner is looking to sell it.
