It was cozy, being a "period hotel", the rooms were on the smaller side. Everything was adequate for our stay. Just a note, for those with bad knees, the stairs in the hotel are steeper and smaller than modern standards. There is no lift/elevator that I knew of in the building. So unless you don’t mind lugging luggage up a flight or two of stairs, the stay is well worth it.
