The best hotel we've ever stayed at! Pet-friendly, family-friendly, clean rooms, plenty of parking, friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, and very nice afternoon snacks that welcome guests as they arrive.

Great hotel specially if you travel with family as there is available a small dinner buffet style included with the stay from 5:30pm tool 7pm plus you get a drink card good for 3 alcoholic drinks during that time per day. Highly recommend.

Great place, spotless and quiet. Room was fantastic.

I don’t know where to start with this hotel but this hotel had everything first of all I was looking for a place with a pool and free parking and that’s what I found. I had my two sons who are six and nine and my husband was on a business trip so he would leave us in the morning. We would have breakfast, which is also included in the price and the pool was amazing because we had it all to ourselves because it was not busy at all. It Was so warm and clean (July) . The rooms were spacious. There...

Great

The location was great near the beach, dining and shopping options. It was easy to get to as well. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Pool appeared nice but not used. Rooms were spacious and nicely done, ours contained a private patio with table and seats. The staff were amazing quickly resolving issues. Overnight clerk Mariah was outstanding! TV channel remote was a little strange. Will definitely return!

Beautiful, clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Will come back again!

The facility was always clean, and accessible all the time! Staff was friendly and courteous, absolutely loved the stay! Will return again!

Staff were wonderful clean and great location

Nice clean property. Only 1 elevator is a dowside

Property was up-to-date. Clean rooms and common areas. Staff were warm and welcoming, helpful and would check-in often to ensure we had what we needed.

Great

We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!

Liked the little beach area for sunbathing. Nice hot tub but very strange heat/volume controls on it.

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach exceeded our expectations! Gorgeous beachfront views, modern and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made our stay perfect. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with great dining nearby. The food and drinks at the hotel are tasty but quite expensive, with a hefty service charge added. Parking is also pricey. Still, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy Clearwater!

Fantastic stay with great perks! I had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, giving me plenty of space to relax. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the breakfast—it was excellent and offered a great variety. When it was time to leave, being able to check out online made the entire process quick and seamless. The fitness room had everything you need to get a lift in while on vacation. The hotel is close to the Riverwalk,...
