"Just want everyone to know this is a basement suite! But it is very large. No one stayed above us during our stay. The owner was super easy to communicate with and contact. Lots of room. Tons of games and things to do if you bring children. Definitely a great stay for summer as well!!! Would definitely come back for a summer stay on the water. 9/10 experience"

"Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants."

All the comforts of home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, totally outfitted kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely stay there again & would highly recommend it."

It's in a safe, gated area, conveniently located near various towns and attractions. Levon's recommendations for winter activities were a plus. We extended our stay because we loved it, and the Levon was incredibly accommodating. A fantastic experience!"

"It is very nice for family and friends. We enjoyed our stay! It would be much better if its summer. Our friends and family enjoyed it so much even the kids enjoyed here too. The people from the office are so nice and very accommodating. But if you have kids that are very loud, just be mindful as the walls in between are not that thick. Someone knocked on our wall when the kids were screaming. But all in all, it is a good and very nice place to stay for families!"

"This is a very nice three bedroom, waterfront, rustic and modern cottage. The master bedroom and washroom is on the main/upper floor the lower/basement floor has a family room With a gas woodstove and two bedrooms. There is a beautiful deck off the main floor which is 10 feet off the ground in the backyard and the lower floor also has a covered deck. We had a great time and I would definitely recommend this property."

The only issue we had is with VRBO and how the rooms and beds are displayed on the website...the pictures of the cottage are accurate but i dont care for how VRBO defines the sleeping capabilities"

"My husband and I and our little french bulldog truly enjoyed the space to unwind and get away over the holidays. The hot tub and private backyard was a gem for evening relaxing sessions after days of holiday excitement and the benefit that our little dog could watch through the sliding doors from the warmth inside was a huge benefit. The location to the quiet beach area and dog beach was a huge benefit and the weather was mild which meant we enjoyed walking the almost empty beach daily. The...

"The property is quite attractive. 5 bedroms withone that has a two pieces bathroom. The basement was large and a Ping Pong table and a Foosball table. We all enjoyed thee activities. An above average kitchen and bathroom."
