"The location is great, very quiet with friendly people. It is also pet friendly. The grocery is just a few minutes away. The unit itself was okay, I have been here at least a dozen times but this was my first time at this unit. The property was at first glance clean. However there was hair in the fridge, on toilet and all of the sink and floors when we arrived. Master bedroom bed smells liked pee. Everything was pretty basic with the unit. "The bathroom door would not stay close, could not lock. Front door did not fit the space and you could see out into the lobby. There was mold and mildew in all the windows. Mold in the shower. Found a t-shirt that was left by someone else behind the bed. Door code they gave us was incorrect. It was the same code used as the the door to walk into the lobby. Recreation centre was not open. "Just want everyone to know this is a basement suite! But it is very large. No one stayed above us during our stay. The owner was super easy to communicate with and contact. Lots of room.
