"A little dirty with stains on bed covers, and furniture worn with edges revealed. Like other reviews said the water temp wasn’t great but I found leaving it on for a bit resulted in more hot water. It was clean where it was important tho and no bugs. Convenient place to stay that could use a good upgrade, l but I got what I paid for. "

"My partner and I stayed here for one night on a road trip to Ottawa and absolutely love this hotel. We didn't want to leave. The room was clean and well maintained with a king bed and a jetted tub, the staff were all very helpful and answered any questions we had, a nice indoor pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast was absolutely delicious. Even little details were wonderful like the free coffee machine in the lobby that made coffee, tea, and hot chocolate at any time of day. We didn't want to leave in the morning to continue our road trip. Truly an excellent hotel in every way."
