"No fancy… Yet. This place has so much potential. It’s close to Cape Charles and Eastville and had everything we needed. Again, not fancy but our room had space and an awesome AC and pretty good water pressure."

"Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting."
