"Beautiful hotel, with ample parking. Large, clean room with large windows and lovely decor. The room has a microwave, fridge, kettel, selectionof tea and coffee, space to store luggage, a dining set, cozy large seat and a couch. We had booked 2 queen beds room. The beds are very comfortable. There is good sized swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The check-in and check out process was smooth, and the staff is very helpful. There is hot beverage kiosk, open all hours for the hotel guests. It is very well stocked, with many options. That was so convenient, the weather was cool in early May, we all grabbed a hot beverage of our preference. I was traveling with 2 seniors, the staff was very helpful. There are many snacks, ice machine and pop dispensers, and that would be helpful. I saw it frequently being used. The hotel booking does not include breakfast. But there is a lovely pub and restaurant on the premises. It is open from early hours serving breakfast at a very low cost, and it is open for lunch and dinner. The back of hotel has a beautiful water view. We had booked specifically for the cruise dock. There are restaurants and an icecream place on the other street of the hotel. This location would be a great place to stay in all seasons. It's very close to Bracebridge downtown. The most charming location."

"What can be said about this place that isn’t top shelf? Literally, if I was to say anything that wasn’t, it’s that the showers take a LONG time to get hot (5-7 mins). So you’ll have to wait for the hot water, but the shower is great and plenty hot when it gets there. But if that’s the ONLY thing that was a little off, everything else is 5 star. Thanks to Harsh and the front desk staff. Thanks to Sarurav and his wonderful kitchen staff. Special thanks to Shaun and Tapan behind the bar for the gracious hospitality. And thanks to Siddarth all the wonderful serving staff at the restaurants! We will surely be back to see your smiling faces! Thank you all for the amazing time!"
