It was off season and it felt like they didnt have enugh staff to manage everything all at once. That said, they are managing with what they have. That said, even if all the elements are there, the customer touch points are missing. It felt like a local hotel with a bored crew who are just doing their job. The restaurant help and staff are very nice and cordial. The food was decent. Nothing to speak about or remember in a few days. Overall, an average stay with some spacious rooms and good water pressure.

Hotel was beautiful, amazing pool, all other activities around the property was amazing. Need bit more improvement in the rooms some items were out of dated need to be moderate.

This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location is the best so you can see live what Pondy is all about.
