My room was nice and clean, a staff member working the lobby did not permit one of my guests who lives in Guadalajara to come up to my room unless I registered her which was not only embarassing but also very upsetting. The breakfast selections and quality were average. The roof top bar was excellent.

The location was excelant with expensive breakfast and meals, in general.
The check in process was very long and it took staff up to two hours (after 3 PM) to get our two rooms! This ruined our important appiontemt that day.
