"This the perfect place for a family vacation in the middle of the beautiful Collegiate peaks. The cabin was wonderful for large gatherings. We comfortably slept 9 adults with room for more. It was very clean and right in the middle of fishing, white water rafting, hiking trails and very close to snow skiing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The owner was so responsive with ideas for groceries, restaurants and hiking trails. We had a wonderful time."

"The property was great! The best part is the location to town and only 30min from Monarch mountain. We had a wonderful time. We had a little trouble leaving due to about 2 feet of snow. The plow didn’t make it to us until 10:30/11:00 am. I would just make sure if that’s the case plan ahead. The hot tub is awesome! "This place is a true gem with beautiful views and an idyllic setting. Our two dogs loved swimming in the pond and we spent many hours just sitting outside listening to the river (raging in June). The guest cabin is close to the main house but the owners did a great job of making it feel private with trees. It is on a working ranch so the neighboring cows walked by the property every morning and also hung out on the other side of the fence. Lots of calves this time of year. Our one dog could care...
