"If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!! Literally zero complaints. Our short stay was everything we needed and more. Our flight from the mainland arrived late Monday evening and our inter-island flight didn’t depart until Tuesday afternoon. This Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport was so convenient. Shuttle service was easy and very quick. Everyone was very friendly. We were able to get adjoining rooms like we had requested when we booked which made it feel even more manageable traveling as a family with children. And breakfast…SO GOOD! The kids loved the make-your-own waffle bar and yogurt parfait. The eggs/ham/potatoes were DELICIOUS.
The only inconvenience was one of the elevators was getting work done and out of commission, but thankfully it really didn’t affect our stay. We never waited a ridiculous amount of time to use the other one. Hotel is obviously dated, but it was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay if we ever need a place close to the airport during travel again."
