Amazing. From the moment you step off the plane at the airport to the moment they drop you back to the airport this place is paradise. They treat you like royalty, and accommodate any request you make. With the luxury pricing I was concerned that I would get regular service but I was blown away by how awesome the staff and facilities are. Highly recommended.

The best hotel experience we have. The staffs provide excellent services, and the general manager welcome us in person when arrival. She also say goodbye to everyone when we leave on the port. Feel like home. We got special gift for anniversary and birthday as well. The bungalow we booked is lagoon view, big and in excellent condition with our own deck facing the ocean. This hotel is built on shallow beautiful green water; best for snorkeling and easy to see so many beautiful fish in the water...

Staff are friendly. Also accommodate us immediately to another room because of noisy people next to us.

Service and atmosphere at OHIRI restaurant did not meet the level you'd expect for the price.

Resort and staff are outstanding! We decided to go beyond our normal budget and, as good as it all was, it's difficult to fully justify the high price. We have had almost as good for considerably less. If you're looking for a top end experience and willing to pay top dollar, Montage is great.

We booked an end of pontoon overwater bungalow & it truly was a once in a lifetime experience! I loved the multiple "looking glass" options throughout the suite - the coffee table with sliding top, a night table and panes beside the bathtub and on the bathroom counter. I also loved that there was a light under the coffee table pointing to the water so you could see the fish at night. Just the best place. The staff goes above and beyond, and everything is beautifully appointed. Yoga in the garden was lovely, the Toto toilets are a great touch, the rooms are stunning and we can’t wait to come back. What a pleasure. This was our first time in Hawaii and we originally wanted to book the Hilton hawaiian village, but there was a strike at the time and decided to change our plans. This hotel in the perfect location. A ton of shopping and food options surrounding the hotel. 2 restaurants and an ABC store on grounds. The pool was a bit small but great for kids. Our room was immaculate and had a beautiful 2 queen bed room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows with 2 balconies. I would recommend it to anyone.

I am 29 years old, travelling with my girlfriend. This hotel is so underrated. The room was very clean and prettier than online photos may suggest. The view on the mountains was simply perfect. It has an authentic hawaiian vibe and is close to nature. The owner, Philip, as all the staff, were very friendly. The pool is clean, the breakfast is convenient. We had music shows three times. We definitely recommend!!

Loved the large pool..multiple slides for the kids and plenty of seating. Beautiful grounds and nice condo style rooms. Close to restaurants and shops.. a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation and would most definitely stay here again.... The Valet Service that the hotel offers, was impeccable, they are hard working and friendly and deserve a lot of accolades... The housekeeping staff as well as the kitchen staff were incredible as well. Our Family really loved staying at this hotel.

Great location close to the Park. Room was clean and spacious. Accommodation is not staffed and we had no need to call anyone. On site parking no issues. All in all a decent place to kick back and relax.
