Me and my family focus on cleanliness, this was nice place and we stayed for 9 days. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an amazing stay.

For work use. Very central

Close to the main station, the metro and other public transport, and walkable to the main tourism locations. Lovely well-conserved late 19th century building. I had a spacious high-ceilinged room in traditional style with a mosaic patterned floor. The hotel lift is a wonderful piece of century-old engineering, which works most of the time - and will probably be fine by the time you read this.

An absolute gem! Without a doubt. Perfect location right across from the train station yet very close to centro storico and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant on the first floor serving local specialities. The service and food was excellent. The staff everywhere from the front office to the restaurant to house keeping were superb. We asked house keeping three times for service on restocking the minibar, change of pillows(they have a pillow menu too). All their prices are reasonable and offer more value for money. We opted for the gold package which includes breakfast, parking, minibar (soft drinks), and a 10% discount on all F&B purchases incl the bar and restaurants. The rooms were very clean spacious and comfortable. So were the beds and soundproofing. The Starhotel President will definitely be the hotel for us for any future visit!
