« We stayed for a week and had such a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the photos are a perfect description. While we were there we saw fireflies, an owl, bunnies, a doe and fawn, chipmunks, squirrels, cardnials, and many others birds. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We absolutely would stay here again. »

« The Babes loved EVERYTHING about the Love Shack. Tiffany is an amazing host and very easy to communicate with - so responsive to requests and questions! I think she is quite possibly the best VRBO host I’ve worked with. The property is inviting and just joyful. The neighborhood is lovely and safe! Next door neighbors even offered us candy and goodies! How fun is that?! Close to everything we wanted to see! Definitely would recommend. And Des Moines is a fantastic city! »

« The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaints from the guests were the bath towels are too small not very absorbent. Also the 1-ply toliet paper was not the quality one would expect for a place this nice. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property. »

« Stayed for a few nights with friends and the location couldn't be beat! Everything downtown is a stone's throw away. The two-car garage was incredibly convenient for our group. The owners were very helpful and accommodating, and very responsive before, during and after our stay. We encountered only a minor issue and they were quick to address it. Overall, great experience - would stay again next time I'm in town. »

« Easy to get to and from where we needed to be. Small but clean and met all the needs for sleeping except one part-basement included sleeping option for the couch but doesn’t work if you’re over 6 feet tall. We managed with that since it was a teenager. :) Overall we’re planning to stay again! »
