"The property itself is great! Everything worked and functioned as it should, the water park and pools were available at the times we were told. We had some complaints about our room though, the cleaning service before we arrived was rushed. At first glance it was cozy and clean but as we got settled it was easy to see that the floors had not been given attention. Also, there was an oven but no oven mitts or oven safe cookware which impacted our plans. There was a dishwasher but not detergent, so I went to wash by hand but there was nothing to use—dish soap and my hands. The showers had plenty of bath products but no washcloths. We went to staff to ask for these things and were told they would be sent up to us. They weren’t. The next day we asked again and they said they did not provide these things. On our last night a huge bag of towels, washcloths, sponges, etc were left at our door. Made for one night of convenience out of the five we were there for. We stay here every year, and there’s usually one issue or inconvenience but not bad enough to deter us from coming back. This year, the lack of supplies to clean ourselves and the dishes was frustrating but the first time that has happened. It’s still a fun place and our kids love it there."
