"I was only here for one night, but it was a great stay. During our time in England, all the hotels only gave us one pillow, but here we had the luxury of a second one, little wins. As an American, I appreciated the second pillow. Everything was very clean and up to par. "

"From checking in to leaving the staff were so amazing, the gentleman who checked us in was so polite and helpful, the room was clean and warm, tea and coffee facilities available and they encouraged you to use all the facilities, breakfast was great, lots of choice, and again the waiting staff were smiling with a warm welcome and could not do enough for you, the breakfast room was spotless and the tables were cleaned as soon as guests left, the room was warm and inviting and the decoration lovely! The guest house is also placed in a superb place for all Brighton attractions, less then a 10 minute walk from the pier, if we visit Brighton again we will definitely being staying there."

"I had the Tower suite which provided a 270 degree view of area. Very large room with sofa and chairs. Beautiful design. Very large bathroom with shower and bath.
I have stayed in a double sea view room before but the Tower suite was fabulous. "
"Excellent location behind Brighton train station, so great for getting checked in and out at end of stay and easily walkable into main centre of Brighton city. Impressively grand open reception space and really friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and well-organised and keen to fix issues where they arose. View was out to the train station next door, so not pretty and kept the windows closed for train traffic noise, but not really an issue. Food in the restaurant was nicely presented city pub type menu."

"Upon arrival there was 2 ladies front of house. Blonde hair and dark hair ladies..i arrive early only to query car parking the blonde hair lady asked her colleague if there was any spaces. Abruptly she replied no..i looked at the lady we were both shock at her abruptness. The blonde haired lady felt sorry and tried her best giving me advice where to park..
If it wasnt for the kindness and empathy the blonde hair lady gave me i would have canceled my reservation. As for me 1st impressions make impact ."
