"Mothers Day Weekend Mini Vacay! Overall, it’s a decent place to stay but not for the prices they are charging. Stayed 2 nights in Diana’s suites for $1000. Amenities: tons of them… fishing, arcade, bowling, pool, outdoor games, comedy show, bar and cafe, mini golf, all included! Indoor pool. Hot tub was not a hot tub. More of a big warm bath. Another hot tub was not working and was shut down. These amenities were not close to your room either. Breakfast was included which was a buffet style with a lot of options. The room itself needed some updates. The pool in the room is not really a pool, more less a cool temp soak tub. The ladder was covered in slimy like mildew and not in good condition. The bottom of the pool had some settled dirt. The water that came out of the heart tub in the room smelled of mildew as if the pipes or filters don’t get cleaned. There was no shower curtain for the shower. We had no chair to sit outside our room like the other rooms did and the mat at our door should have been thrown away. I would definitely go back due to location and amenities but would never pay the prices I paid again. Save ur money and get a regular room."

"Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. "

"My room was in excellent condition. They are working on remodeling this hotel but I must have gotten one of the newly finished rooms. We did not have time to use any of the extras that came with the room except breakfast and it was a good selection and the area was very clean."

"The room was very clean, the staff was very warm and welcoming, and me and my wife enjoyed hanging out at the pool and hot tub. It was a great time, and I would highly recommend going. I'll be back one day."

"The place did not look like the pictures. It was dirty when we got there. I dont think it has been deep cleaned in years. There were dead bugs on the floor and in the windows sills. Lots of cobwebs around. We had a very wobbly kitchen table and one of the dinning room chairs was broken. They had screws laying around on the window sill in the playroom as well. The hot tub did not work ether. Before I get a comment back, yes I messaged the owners to inform them of all the above. They did offer to send the "cleaners" out but we only had a two night stay and we were at Kalahari for wrestling. The bathrooms are very outdated. The kids did enjoy the lake to go fishing. I would not recommend this place. It is not in great shape at all. The refrigerator has a sign to make sure you shut all the way as it didnt always shut properly. The water in the one bathroom sink was yellow. Even after running it for a while (im aware of well water as that's what I have, but I think the pipes are too old and rusty.) Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Cleanliness and broken things in the house are the main reasons we would not book this home again."

The hallways were a sensory journey, each one offering its own signature aroma that we simply could not identify and, frankly, did not want to. The back entrance featured a door that was refreshingly commitment-free — no locks, no security, no worries. And the parking lot? Practically a community hub, where generous strangers approached us with urgent fundraising opportunities for causes that were, let’s say, pharmaceutical in nature. But wait, there’s more —​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ The bathtub was a thoughtful tribute to previous guests, complete with a curated hair collection that suggested it had not made acquaintance with cleaning products since the Obama administration, and the air vents — generously packed with dust, dirt, and what we can only describe as mouse leavings — ensured that every breath we took was a rich, full-bodied experience. The general cleanliness achieved a standard typically reserved for the inside of a toddler’s diaper — impressive, really, when you consider that someone was presumably being paid to prevent exactly this. We would recommend this establishment only to those who have always dreamed of experiencing what it feels like to pay for the privilege of lowering their immune system.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
