It includes a 277-acre lake with non-motorized boating, fishing, swimming, and sailing, accessible only through a Temporary Membership. Additional fees apply in order to gain a Temporary Membership and these fees are NOT included in the rental fees. NOTE: Sweet William does NOT have a hot tub or sauna, this is part of the club amenities and temporary membership. A Temporary Membership to Lake Naomi Club also offers an outdoor Olympic-sized pool, a second outdoor pool with an aquatic climbing wall, a nine-hole executive golf course, a tennis center and a clubhouse with restaurant and pub. The recreational staff offers activities for all ages. Additionally, with the Temporary Membership only, there is a 56,000-square-foot community center just 5 minutes from our home with an indoor pool and a splash park, indoor tennis, a fitness center, a game room and a teen area. Our property is accessed via a smart lock with a unique code once all rental forms are submitted with government issued photo IDs to verify age and identity. This home delivers. Originally was supposed to be a two couple getaway. More than perfect for our stay; ended up as just the two of us, but highly recommend for families too. Plenty of comfortable space to spread out. Would be a great spot for two young families of four. Small kids could easily share the bunk room. Lots of nice touches. I have stayed at many Five Star Hotels and Sweet William is on a similar par. The attention to detail from the decor to the welcome treats (smores, hot chocolate, pour over coffee etc.) were above our expectations....the hosttess was quick to respond to all questions prior to the visit and continued to be available throughout our stay. Simply the most PERFECt short term rental we have ever experienced.... ##### Rena L. This place was even better than my wife and I could have dreamed of for an escape to the poconos after our wedding! Moira has thought of every detail from design to comfort, and we especially loved having coffee on the top deck. Check out Jubilee for breakfast too - you can’t go wrong! The thoughtful touches spread throughout the house, from a well outfitted kitchen with a fantastic coffee station to very comfy living rooms with easy to connect to TVs.
