"Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. Once I called down to the desk I was upgraded to a king bedded room with the walk in shower requested. While there were no handicapped rooms available I did ask for a shower chair which they brought to the room. After that check in challenge I stopped asking for help/amenities and did not bother with breakfast because I was not feeling welcome. I have 10 years hospitality experience working in hotels and just felt the basics were missing."

"I stayed here the weekend of the NASCAR races. It’s nice and big. We had to move our room for an air-conditioning issue and it was no problem. We ate at the hotel and had a delicious meal. The outdoor pool was being cleaned and the indoor pool I guess was being cleaned because it was full of soapy stuff so that didn’t work out, but I would stay here again. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful."

"Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm."
