« This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. Very responsive and helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. Close drive to Broadway and...

« We had an amazing stay at skyrise. The entire home is spacious and accommodating for our large party. Each room is appointed with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well equipped and clean. The photos are accurate in person and the wonderful just Frank was very responsive. We had a great time hosting our friends and family and would not hesitate to visit skyrise at Nashville again. »

« This place is beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was very beneficial to our group. Its location was just a few short minutes from the highway, close to a neighborhood area with restaurants and and Aldis, yet very close to downtown items, as well. Communication with the owners was very quick, not that we had any major issues that needed their attention. Overall, we would definately stay at this location again if we're ever in Nashville. »

« Great location and property! Would definitely recommend to others and if we come back would rent again. For property management: All small items that did not affect our enjoyment but we thought you would like to know about them. Rocking chair on front porch needs to be looked at.Kitchen needs more items like flippers, silverware, dishwasher lower rack missing a wheel, sink needs a rubber drain cover over disposal, kitchen chairs one was broken. »

« The place was perfectly as advertised! It is lovely and was an ideal getaway for 5 ladies who each wanted their own room. We had a great time in the home (even met a lovely back-door neighbor dog named Figgy!), and were conveniently located for so many Nashville sites.Thank you to the owner/manager for the check-ins (helpful, but never intrusive) and the quick response when we could not find the dumpsters.This place definitely earns five stars!! »
