« We didn't use the pool. It was very dirty, but I was told it would be cleaned on Sunday (I was home all day working), I didn't see anyone come to clean, I notified the management staff, they said someone accessed the gate... maybe they did, but the pool looked exactly the same with the same amount of dirt and leaves in the bottom, and the water level was so low that the skimmer/filter couldn't filter the surface debris. We would have swam on Sunday and Monday, didn't want to be too pushy as I...

« The property had two homes and two out buildings. The site felt more like a luxury villa than a rental. There were many kitchens, bedroom and social areas. The age ranges of our family ranges from 7 months to senior citizens. Everyone had a great time and we appreciated the ability to be together and to have private areas. Well worth the money. »

« The house was meticulously clean, and the host was highly communicative. The layout of the house is great and very roomy.There were a couple of things that could’ve better:1\. The beds are very firm, for us that was very difficult for sleeping. Maybe for others it would be fine.2\. The neighborhood did not feel safe enough to walk in, which is a major drawback for us. Some houses and cars were well kept, while others were run down. There’s a broken down car on the street we stayed on just sitting...

« This property is 2 blocks from our daughter's house so it couldn't be better situated for us. But there are a TON of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops in East, many walkable from this site. And a short drive to downtown. Efficient entry, extremely pleasant layout and decor. Extremely safe. You may hear guests above you at times but that was not an issue for us. We loved the place. »

« This is a beautiful property with many artistic flourishes. It is set up to sleep many people, perhaps up to 14(?). Our party was 5 people and we were very comfortable. The mattresses, bedding, and pillows were very nice. The second floor is a beautiful communal space with couches, eating area, kitchen, powder room, and even a computer desk. We did use the sauna and cold plunge -- it is quite an experience. But the reason to stay in a house minutes from downtown Nashville is to go to all the...

« This house is the cutest!! We took my father to Nashville for his 66th birthday so we did not necessarily want to share a hotel room. We lounged in the livingroom or retreated to our own rooms if needed for naps/privacy. We gathered in the kitchen to play cards and there is a cute set up in the backyard around a firepit as well. The house is in a neighborhood with people around you living their normal day to day life. Everything is also conveniently located nearby. We will definitely be visiting...

« Adorable home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sherein was an excellent host who made sure our stay was wonderful. Anytime I messaged with a question, she was very fast to respond. She even left us some staple items, such as milk and orange juice, so we didn't have to run to the store after getting off a long plane ride. "Hôtel très bien placé, à moins de 500m de la rue animée de Broadway. Cocktails et nourriture le soir entre 17h30 et 19h très bien. Les chambres sont propres. La piscine est très bien. Seul petit bémol: la literie n’est pas assez ferme. Mais sinon rien à redire. Nous relogerons très certainement ici si nous revenons à Nashville. "
