The space
This house is so convenient to everything... the best restaurants, shopping, grocery, fast transportation! It's open yet feels cozy. It is a retreat in the heart of things. Best of all, you never have to search for parking or carry groceries up many flights of stairs. Friends often meet here because it's easier to get from this home to almost anywhere in East Liberty than to pay for valet or try to park. The house is within blocks of places to go to dinner, entertainment (ACE hotel, Wallace Tap Room, Kelley Strayhorn Theater), Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, awesome coffee shops, and the area's premier wine and spirits store. You can even get to the spa in less than 4 minutes.
