"The staff gets an A+. Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly which is a breath of fresh air considering how hospitality has generally declined post-Covid.
We had a problem with our private cabana door opening to the pool. Security and maintenace were on it within minutes. The pool manager gave us a free daybed to use for our inconvenience and the hotel reception called within 30 min to offer a new room.
