Pit Four Vacation Packages

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Pool was great, rooms were clean, room did. It get cold enough at night, would not go below 25°C (77°F). Drinks were great, lunch scene was scarce

This resort has a beautiful exterior, but the condition of the rooms and several parts of our stay were concerning. We booked a king room and were initially given two queen beds. Both rooms were outdated and had a strong musty, mold like odor that raised concern about a moisture or ventilation issue. The bathroom also had a persistent drainage or sewage smell, poorly finished grout, and did not feel sanitary. I did not feel comfortable walking in the bathroom without shoes or using the jacuzzi tub. Housekeeping also needs improvement. The bedding did not always appear properly clean, and after cleaning, the room sometimes smelled like a dirty mop. Privacy was a major concern. Staff repeatedly knocked and entered almost immediately without allowing reasonable time for us to respond, including while we were in bed, getting dressed, on the balcony, and again on checkout morning. Food quality was inconsistent. My husband was served visibly undercooked pork chops, pancakes were often burnt or undercooked, and the bacon was frequently overcooked. Customer service and communication between departments were inconsistent. The chairs in the entertainment areas and at the steakhouse were also uncomfortable. We reported concerns during our stay, but meaningful follow up did not occur until the final day. I hope these sanitation, possible moisture, food safety, privacy, comfort, and service concerns are taken seriously and properly addressed. Based on our experience, I would NOT return.
