"Was informed the ice machine was broken but could use ice trays in the downstairs refrigerator if I was “cool with that.” So many people hanging out in the lobby at the kitchen table placed there. Multiple people smoking right at the entrance door. People always congregated around the front door. Bed was hard as a rock. "

"Made a reservation for my wife who stranded on the side of the road with our grandson after the car broke down. It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home"
