Using the keypad lock is not ideal when the door needs to be fixed and it cannot lock properly. Also there's no extra locks or latches to lock the door. »

Staff is kind and helpful especially lady at the front desk in the morning(couldn’t get her name, curly hair) she’s is one of a kind. Location is really good as well since you can walk to Snow Summit or The Village if you feel like driving. Really satisfied with price-value at Big Bear. »
