Friendly, welcoming receptionist/manager, clean and tidy and refreshed after a makeover. Kitchen much improved with nice double door fridge, excellent grocery storage. Has a breakfast extension for 5, as well as a dining room table with seating for 5 and high chairs at table on verandah, which overlooks the busy road. The new owners are great to deal with, very accommodating and quick to rectify any issues. The property was clean and the rooms have been updated which feels very modern. « Having arrived after 30hrs in the air and 2.5hrs drive from Auckland we could not have been happier with the Accomodation. From stepping into reception to be met with a friendly warm smile, to a clean, large studio apartment with everything we could need! I think they thought we were a little mad that we wanted to jump in the pool at only 15Degs outside ( the pool isn't heated) but it was just what we needed to refreshen up the muscles after nearly two days of traveling! "Chambre magnifique et très grande mais personne à la réception ( 1 heure pour avoir enfin la clé de la chambre à l’arrivée) et personne au départ Nous avions oublié quelque chose dans la chambre et il n’y avait personne à la réception et personne n’a répondu au téléphone ( il était 11:30!!!) Nous avons du abandonner cet objet Il n’y a pas de piscine alors qu’il est écrit qu’il y en a une Le prix était interessant mais les déboires imprévus "
