"The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The host was friendly and we were able to get into the condo when promised. This is an excellent location for walking on the beach boardwalk and several different eateries. It is also only about 8 minutes drive across the bridge to downtown and fine dining. The Modern breakfast/lunch restaurant below the condo opened early and staff began arriving about 5:30 each morning. Since we are early risers we didn't mind. But, if you like to sleep in, you might be disturbed by the loud voices and music below the condo. It is only open for breakfast and lunch (which was handy), so no noise in the evenings from the Modern. Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo."
