The apartment had a fantastic harbour view and was in a great location, with the beach, harbour, and restaurants all nearby. It was a lovely spot to stay and conveniently located for exploring the area. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which could make the apartment quite hot during the summer months. A portable heater was provided, which would be useful during colder weather. Overall, a great location with beautiful views, but the lack of air conditioning is something to consider if you’re planning to stay during summer.

Really handy position. Unfortunately the lift was broken but staff very helpful in offering to help with luggage. Quite loud road noise but the facility itself is good value for money and walking distance to the beach and shops. Would happily stay there again

Aroha (hostess) was so kind. I figure we were the last check-in of the day and she was waiting for us at the counter. She was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. Aroha had even turned the heat pump heater on so the room was warm when we checked in (bear in mind we went in July so it was winter). The apartment's amenities (kitchen, laundry, dishwasher) were in excellent working order. Mt. Maunganui was within a stone's throw (but the trails were closed to recent land slips) and there were loads of great beaches, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. I would happily stay here again.
