"Our third time here and everything was absolutely wonderful. The deer and wild turkeys are so much fun to watch from the hot tub. The owners are extremely responsive and you can tell that they really care about their guests. Everything is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We will be back. If not this year, then next. 10 out of 10."

"This place was amazing. I loved the porch and being able to hear the waterfall. Looking out the big window/slider at the mountains was great. I think it would be better if they did fix the door so it would open though. We only slept in the bottom queen. It was very comfortable. Our Havanese dog Darby enjoyed the cabin too. We placed his bed in front of the fireplace and he took all his snoozes there. We enjoyed the cass scenic railroad (34 min away), New river gorge bridge walk (2 hours away), blackwater falls (2 hours away), and some of the other hiking was 45-60 minutes away. We went in July so it wasn’t very busy which was great given the off season of skiing and snowboarding. Kitchen was stocked nicely. There was a coffee maker and a keurig k cup machine. The place was clean and bathrooms nice. I’m not sure cars would make it very well up the driveway but our RAV4 did wonderful. We were very happy and wish we would have gotten to use the hot tub but with the rain, didn’t want to off balance chemicals; or get our heads rained on. I bet this place is gorgeous in the fall."

"The house was perfect for our summer vacation to the Snowshoe, WV area. The view of the mountains from the house is worth every penny! The hosts are very helpful communicating with their guests and take great proud in providing a satisfactory stay for their guests. Highly recommend this property"

"We loved this beautiful, peaceful a-frame in the woods. Excellent escape for a couple or family. We loved the huge wall of windows and view through the trees. We were there in late June and the temps during the day were perfect amd in the 70s. The location was perfect for Day trips to Elkins, Cass, and Greenbank. It's very close to Snowshoe. Owner Peter lives just up the road and was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would love to stay there again if we are in the area."
