Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience. Beautiful, centrally located hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Puebla. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was always kind and very helpful, and the spa experience was amazing — very relaxing and enjoyable. We also loved the hotel restaurant; the food was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

While a few staff members were friendly and helpful, overall the level of hospitality and guest service did not meet expectations. Many employees did not appear welcoming or attentive toward guests. Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. Due to this experience, on the final day of our stay we chose to dine outside of the hotel.

Very slippery floor in a bathroom, real disaster in waiting. Please pu on the floor a rubber mat quickly!
