No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the freebies/ extras are incredible including the breakfast buffet. . For value for money the Alagon is superb. It is also centrally located in District 1 within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and other attractions. The rooftop pool and bar have amazing views over the skyline and the 30 minute complimentary foot massage was divine.
