This was the perfect place for my needs! It is perfectly central to the Old Town area and close to all the shopping you could ever want! The staff was so kind and treated me so well. If you are wanting to do the Sunday Night Market this is the perfect hotel, it is literally steps outside the door! And the building itself has beautiful architecture. The room was perfect for me and the bed was so comfy! I will definitely stay here again

The staff was outstanding exclamation point the location is in the heart of the old town, so perfect place for exploring. We found so many interesting restaurants, including the Blue Elephant and a restaurant in the corner that makes homemade Roti.

We had a wonderful stay at The Memory at On On Hotel. We absolutely loved the beautiful antique interior, which gave the hotel so much charm and character. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. A nice touch was the complimentary unlimited hot and cold drinks, along with biscuits and bread available throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our arrival much more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Phuket.

We loved this hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious and the staff was very friendly. Also very walkable to a lot of things in old Phuket. The area can be a bit louder at night if you’re trying to sleep but it didn’t dampen our experience here
